Beautiful yet a bit confusing

Not too often I see a movie and am left wondering... what?  What just happened.  I mean I know what happened but a movie this complex has a message or messages it is trying to convey and I think maybe I missed the message in the movie.  The cinematography was just so beautiful and the acting well what can I say I think Tim Roth is great.


But I just got lost in this film.
